GSD Custom Rear Sprocket

GrandStand Designs, LLC manufactures a line of custom rear sprockets. Since the sprockets are made to order, a wide variety of colors, styles and bikes can be accomodated. Our feature design was made specifically for the Buell XB line as the sprocket pattern closely matches the OEM six spoke rear wheel.

Keyless Fuel Cap

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM Buell XB fuell cap. CNC machined from billet 6061 T-6 aluminum. Available in powder coated, anodized and polished finishes.

Race Bodywork Mounting Kit

This kit contains all the hardware needed to mount any of the aftermarket fiberglass or carbon fiber full fairings to a Buell XB. The parts are made entirely of stainless steel and water jetted for a perfect finish.

Buell Superbike Style Racing Tail Section

GSD is proud to be the official US distributor of Buell Racing bodywork for Flexi-Glass. GrandStand worked to create this superbike style tail that mounts up to the OEM subframe but eliminates the need to have a separate seat. The hump design is slightly taller and has a concave shape to help the rider stay in place. The seat height is approximately 1.5" lower to the pegs than the stock set up.

Buell 240mm Wide Tire Kit

Want the look of a custom wide tire for your Buell? Check out our completely bolt-on 240mm kit. Without altering the swingarm and by using the OEM wheel, GSD can provide you with a greating looking set up at a fraction the cost of import wide tire kits. In addition, we can customize the color of the wheel, color and number of teeth of the rear sprocket.

Buell Chain Drive Conversion Kit

This completely bolt-on chain drive conversion kit from GrandStand Designs comes with everything you will need to make the change from belt to chain. This system also maintains the stock 52" wheelbase regardless of which rear sprocket is being used. The kit comes with 5 rear sprockets (50-49-48-47-46 tooth) and 1 front sprockets (21 tooth). The kit also includes an eccentric idler assembly, a D.I.D. Professional x-ring link chain, plastic chain guide and all hardware.

AP Racing Rear Caliper Kit

This rear brake caliper kit mimics the style found on many of today's popular sportbikes. The OEM single piston caliper is replaced by a very compact, ultra light unit produced by AP Racing. It is mounted to a GSD designed bracket that is available in two models; above or below the swingarm. All hardware and replacement brake lines are included in the kit.
