The total cost of having parts anodized comes from two charges; the anodizing run charge and the surface preparation charge.

Anodizing Run Charge

Our small line consists of 6 gallon tanks and is capable of anodizing up to 450 square inches of aluminum surface area in each batch run.  This line costs $50 per run.

Our larger line consists of 30 gallon tanks and is capable of anodizing up to 2000 square inches of aluminum surface area in each batch run.  This line costs $200 per run.
